Adventures in Life Ministry believes that excellence in ministry and mission requires:

A growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Only by being connected intimately with our Lord and Savior can we truly experience the joy and freedom of His forgiveness which gives us our basis for worship and mission.

Interdependent partnerships within the church of Jesus Christ. AIL Ministry believes that effective ministry partnerships must be mutually beneficial and formed with the ministry goals of each organization in mind.

Biblical and culturally appropriate training, leadership and follow through. To serve with Adventures in Life is to enter into a series of long term ministry relationships. This requires effective training throughout the mission experience, from the first pre field meetings through your post field debriefing.

The highest level of integrity and accountability. AIL Ministry is managed by an experienced oversight board and adheres to the United States Standards of Excellence in Short Term Mission. This insures our accountability not only in areas of ministry, but financially as well.
