Spiritual Health Brings Peace

Even as Adventures in Life Ministry works to help families have more food on their tables and improve access to quality medical care, there is another component upon which we must focus.

No matter what solution we come up with, without tying it to the biblical message of peace and reconciliation with God, our stool will not stand.

We need the spiritual element to wrap around both our economic and health efforts. We have learned that a holistic approach to ministry, meeting people where they are at, across all levels of the life spectrum offers the best hope for real life transformation.

In our time in Oaxaca, we have helped construct three churches and a training center for Zapotec Leaders and Pastors. These facilities have helped small growing congregations have a place to worship.

The Training Center, when it is fully operational, will be the bridge between local leaders serving in the church, and our growing agricultural ministry in the Tlacolula Valley.

The equipping of the local church in Oaxaca to reach out in a variety of ways is a central part of what Adventures in Life Ministry is trying to do.

Whether it is building facilities, helping prepare and motivate leaders, or even leading a bible study, AIL Ministry has always stood behind local effective ministries helping them become more effective in reaching their communities.

Yet we need to be clear about this...no matter your faith, no matter your station in life, AIL believes God loves you.

Because of that, if you want agricultural help to feed your family and are willing to work and learn, or need medical help to get well physically, we’ll be there.

None of the lessons we learn, or the help we offer, is contingent on anyone being a part of a specific church or religion.
